November

What a month. Today is the last day of November and first day I've had to do any real work in almost a week. The next three weeks will be the craziest and most hectic I've probably ever experienced. This week I have two tests, two papers to write, and a presentation to give.

Thanksgiving

Jenni and I are at the library, Jenni is studying and I am studying, just not for the class we have a test in tomorrow. Anyways thursday is Thanksgiving so I wanted to talk a little about what I'm thankful for:

Michigan State is an amazing school, and I would be missing some of my absolute favorite people and places if I hadn't come here.

Hello,
It's been so long since I wrote anything. So much has happened since school ended in the first week of may. Both Jenni and I are taking summer classes. I'm taking microbiology and microbiology lab. The lab is pretty cool, and the class, well it's required. My brother is back packing meat at Koegels' for the summer. I got accepted into a study abroad program. So on july 4th I will land in London, I know ironic right, where I will spend six weeks. A time period which will include my birthday, which I plan to spend in Paris. I don't think any birthday will every beat my 20th.

I am staying at school until I leave but Jenni did come to see me at home last night. Ah Flushing Michigan, no town will ever feel so much like home.

WAKE UP!!!

Tomorrow I is the first day of finals week, and yes I have an exam-Physics, uh. But this morning my Jenni and I woke up early to pull a prank on a couple of our friends, they're roommates. We woke up at 5 am because we thought they would be asleep, they weren't. So we tried very hard to be quiet while we duct taped over their entire door. It took an hour and a half and they didn't catch us. We've pulled multiple pranks on them, kinda hoping they would prank us back, but they have yet to retaliate, maybe they finally will after this prank. Around 7 am we went back to sleep, unfortunately it is like 130 and they have yet to discover our mischeif. So all I want right now is for them to WAKE UP.

What a beautiful day

I cannot believe today was so b-e-a-utifully sunny and warm, dunno about you but I never spelled beautiful right before "Bruce Almighty". It's been so long since our last message but school's been pretty busy. In case you're keeping track this is Alli. Jenni doesn't really have a lot of time since she is in like half a dozen clubs and volunteers at the local hospital. It's actually kind of sad because we only have one class together this semester so I get to see significantly less of her than I used to.  Anyways I was just thinking about how nice it is outside, hoping that spring will come early and that I had a little less work to do. Bye for now.

Why I would be a terrible parent

I was recently visiting some friends in South Carolina. My friend and her husband have four kids, whom I love, but spending a week with them gave me a whole new respect for her and made me realize what a terrible mother I would be. Reasons why I would be a terrible mother:

1) Jenni recently told my that her young cousin got "Get Smart" and watched it over and over again. If I gave my kid a movie that he/she watched it to much I would throw it away, then when they asked for it I would tell them that they probably just lost it in they're messy room.

2) When the kids saw my friend or one of their siblings eating an Oreo they obviously wanted an Oreo, all of them. If my kid asked me for a cookie because someone else was having one, I would say no. And if said that's not fair, I'd respond with "life's not fair," no matter their age.

3) My friend's youngest is the most adorable two year old, so long as he doesn't want something. If my kid kept calling mom, I'd do like that mom in the Get Smart trailers  

Kid: mom, mom, mom, mom

Mom: Shawn, Shawn, Shawn, Shawn, do you see how annoying that is 

4) I would misuse my children. A few months ago I taught my friend's two year old to respond to the sentence "Honey I'm home" with "Not the mama, not the mama". And I would definately do the same with my kids.

Why does he hate Toby so much

I got seasons 2 & 3 of The Office for Christmas. And while I was in Florida my mom got so addicted she bought up season 4 and watched all the online episodes of season 5. So I was just enjoying some wine while I have myself a marathon and I just have one question. Why does Michael hate Toby so much? He is so terribly mean to him and I just don't understand why. I guess the answer must be in season 1.
